Artificial intelligence (AI) is here for better or worse, but one of the best uses we’ve seen is this imaginative feline fantasy world.
Shards of Art, based in Ukraine, shares AI images of a cat-themed world. Hey, for all we know, a cat might be at the computer! Or maybe the AI developed the feline identity of the Cheshire Cat?
Whatever the case, this cat has diverse interests, from Sci-Fi to fashion, art, product design, and nature. As we know, everything is better when it’s cattified, and AI is the means to that end.
AI Images As if Made by a Cat
The page’s Facebook started in February with spooky Dr. Who Delek robot imagery and was soon overtaken by cats. (As are many pages!) From there, it became a whimsical and light-hearted world. So maybe pairing AI and cats brings out the best bits of artificial intelligence?

From there, the AI images explored every conceivable mode of transportation, from bicycles to scooters to buses and airplanes. Who wouldn’t want a ride on this blue scooter?

Next, the person/cat prompting the AI art generator wanted to know what a cat would look like as a tree. Maybe the AI got a little confused about designing a cat tree?

Next, what if your house or place of business took on a feline form? Or what about a cat-themed place of worship? That’s a clear example where it looks like a cat was the one entering the prompts.

One way AI shines is by coming up with off-the-wall random designs. While some may remain only a strange, crude idea, others might someday become the inspiration for real products. Then, a real human artisan has to take it from a concept to practical reality. (At least for now!)
