Have you ever been visited by a neighbor’s cat? Did they keep returning for daily visits that you looked forward to? It’s a little like grandparents getting visits from their grandkids, spoiling them, and then sending them back home later.

London model Paige Short shares videos of “pretty boy” Wills, a cute 11-year-old cat. He visits daily at the gate to be let inside. Even if the gate is open, he waits for his official welcome and acts like a “little princess,” she says. He’s “cute and grumpy” and controls the home, but this isn’t her cat.

“Even if the gate is open he will sit there until we come to him😅. He’s so polite aha,” wrote Short.

Neighbor’s Cat Enjoys VIP Treatment

Later, it looks like they cut a hole in the wire gate just for Wills, but he still stands patiently waiting outside.

Once he gets his welcome, Wills expects the VIP treatment, including having a bowl of water held up for him to drink, a good brushing, chin rubs, Cat TV watching, and playtime. Following any activity, he’s exhausted and needs a nap. Then, Wills finally decides it’s time to head back home. (He lives directly across the street.)

‘This is Not Our Cat’ TikToks of Wills Go Viral

Here’s one of the TikToks that has gone viral on social media. While the video is hilarious, the comments are just as funny. First, watch the TikTok below by paigeshortx.

Wills the Neighbor’s Cat’s Double Life

The comments about Wills might make you lol.

“That cat is cheating on his family 😂😂,” said one comment.

“Imagine finding out your cat lives a double life and has a secret family somewhere out there,” said one person.

Then another person chimed in, saying their cat visited more than one family.

“My cat had two other families. Sometimes he would come home smelling like perfume with tuna breath, and other times, he came home smelling like wood stove smoke. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️😂😂”

Meanwhile, on TikTok, someone said:

“We have a wee cherub visit us, looks just like yours, beautiful natured wee baby.😘”

In response, Short said, “We love our visits. They don’t realize how much joy they give us, eh?! Glad you’ve got a friendly neighbor cat too🥺”

Others expressed concern for a cat left outdoors by himself. In a series of “This is Not My Cat” TikToks, the cat looks left and right before crossing the road to return to his home across the street.

Wills Has a Twin Brother Harry

In a follow-up TikTok, we see some background on Wills. As it turns out, the pretty kitty has a twin brother Harry who remains his best friend.

Sometimes, Harry shows up at the gate with Wills! But Wills doesn’t want to begin his grooming routine until Harry returns home. (He also enjoys a massage following the brushing.)

“It’s like Wills has his own private spa retreat 😆🤣,” said one person.

“He definitely deserves it🥰,” replied Short, who says the cat is “the prettiest cat” she has seen.

When Wills was a kitten, he served up tongue blep whenever they petted him, but he outgrew it. Short’s sister has a fluffy kitty named Chunky, but the two are frenemies.

“Most importantly, we are all so happy,” she says.

“Neighbours cat Wills if he could have a conversation with his younger self,” she wrote, introducing the TikTok below:

Wills the Neighbor’s Cat Controls Both Homes

Although Wills belongs next door, Short says, “Wills runs our house too.” In another comment, she reveals, “I’d quite like Wills to be my cat,” so the kitty is always most welcome. Do you get visits from your neighbor’s cat? We’ve shared stories of people falling madly in love with their neighbor’s cat.

Other times, cats and kittens show up one day to adopt a family like it was always meant to be. When cats or kittens go out of their way and choose you to show affection, it’s the best feeling of all. Of course, we recommend keeping house cats indoors for safety, but this story is just the cutest. We hope Wills and Harry stay safe and enjoy long, happy lives and visits with Short’s family.
