When not premiering films or lecturing on the secrets of the universe at Oxford, Oscar-nominated actor Terrence Howard can be found fostering kittens. The actor is a long-time animal lover who has a soft spot for cats and dogs.
“I’ve been an animal lover since I was a baby. “I like people a lot, but I love the hell out of little animals,” Howard said in a 2007 interview, adding that he has often donated to charities like the ASPCA and rescues.
It’s just one more reason for fans to love him and another example that “any man holding a cat becomes that much sexier,” as they say.

In an Instagram post, Howard appears riding in a car with five “polka dot and tuxedo” kittens as they ride to find their furever homes with fans. You could see that the actor was feeling strong emotions at saying goodbye.
“These are the babies going away, and it won’t be the last time I see ’em because they’ll give me a reason to go and see the people that actually want to help me take care of them,” Howard said. “But I really appreciate all the support out there and all the love.”
“Continue showing love anytime you can,” he continued.

In a previous video, Howard appeared with the foster babies crawling all over him.

Below, he holds up a fuzzy baby called Cleo and asks fans to help him find the kittens a permanent home.
“Love makes you beautiful ❤️,” Howard said.
In a follow-up, we see kittens crawling all over the actor as he cracks jokes when Cleo gets a little too fresh!

The Foster Babies All Found Homes
Not long afterward, Howard shared a video of one of the kittens with a puppy friend and explained they had all found forever homes. One adopter said he couldn’t explain how much joy adopting two of the kittens (including Cleo) brought into his life. Another video showed one of the kittens named Loverboy, with two women who say has a “ton of energy” but is very sweet. Finally, the last of the kittens is shown with a loving cat dad who also thanks Howard for bringing the kitten into his life.
So many lives touched by fostering this one litter of kittens!
“So happy that all of them found their forever homes ❤️,” Howard shared.
Terence Howard Bottle-Feeding Tiny Tuxie Kittens
A couple of months later, Howard was back at it. This time, he was bottle-feeding a foster kitten with Best Friends Animal Society.

It looks like Howard was having a great time learning how to properly bottle-feed a tiny tuxie kitten.
