Just in time for Halloween, we share some exquisitely creepy cool feline images by The Pumpkin Empress. She describes herself as a “lover and creator of all things fall and spooky!”
The blogger and artist says she’s a direct descendant of the Proctor family, unfairly persecuted during the Salem Witch trials. Today, the Massachusetts town celebrates good witches, ancient nature-based Wiccan traditions, black cats, and Halloween. Naturally, October is the busiest month.
“[AI Prompt / blonde witch with no face] Just kidding. It’s me, ya girl TPE. 👑 🎃”
On The Pumpkin Empress’s social media, Halloween is much-anticipated all year, especially in the summertime. Black cats, witches, Tim Burton, goth scenes and Jack-o’-Lanterns rule daily. As she shared, it’s important to keep our cats safe at Halloween, particularly house panthers who still suffer due to ignorant superstitions.
The Ultimate Goth Cat Beds
Using artificial intelligence, the Pumpkin Empress shared the ultimate Goth cat beds. Each content black cat poses picture-perfect inside a black cathedral canopy. Finally, they get a bed that fully realizes their full feline majesty. Maybe only the real life black cats, Edgar and Pluto from the Poe Museum could compete with this level of Goth? Or Close-Up the cat from the Hollywood Forever Cemetery?
Of course, a cat may be just as content in a cardboard box in real life, but we’d love to see them in something as spectacular as this!
The images are so realistic that many people offered to buy one, but they’ll have to remain on our Halloween fantasy wish lists for now. Unless there are some super talented crafters out there that want to try to make these a reality?! Paws crossed!

Not to be left out, there are also hauntingly fabulous Goth Doghouses. We’re not sure what it would cost to buy something this elaborate, but we can dream!
Post-Apocalyptic Army of Cats
In a previous post, The Pumpkin Empress imagines a woman and her dark army of cats taking on the apocalypse. You see, everything is a little better with cats.
“So many post-apocalyptic stories about a man and his dog, but what about…Hear me out…A woman and her army of cats 🙋🏽♀️”
Perhaps Jenna Ortega could star in the live-action film?
We also love this imagined live-action AI version of the Tim Burton classic. Yes, please!
