I believe that all cats have cool eyes, but there are some cats that really capture our undivided attention. Potato the Cat is winning hearts around the web for his interesting eyes that are unlike any other cat eyes I’ve ever seen before. The now five-year-old ginger tabby was adopted roughly two years ago by his human, Ashley Norlien.
Soon after welcoming this cutie into her life, she did what any devoted cat owner would do and started snapping multiple pictures each day of her new feline friend. Quickly, Ashley noticed just how photogenic Potato was, so she figured she’d start sharing her lovely gingy with interesting eyes that always seems surprised with the world. And, as they say, the rest was history!
Since then, Potato, AKA Potato the Cat, has amassed an impressive fan base of 35k fans and it’s steadily growing. If you ask me, it’s super easy to see why, he’s so gosh darn adorable!
Take a look at his purrfectly puzzled cutie pie in some pics straight from his Instagram page…
Ashley shares more on Potato the feline with interesting eyes below:
Potato has been with me for about two years now. As soon as I got him, I started uploading pictures online and people immediately noticed there was something different about his eyes. I don’t really know if it’s some genetic conditions, but surely it does make a memorable look.
Check out Potato’s first photo taken by Ashley, when she knew her lovely and special kitty was poised for stardom:
“This is a picture from the first time I met Potato, I took one look at him and couldn’t stop laughing for an actual straight hour and thirty minutes, ever since then I knew he was the one and the real Catato #potato #PotatoTheCat #TheRealCatato #cat“
