There may be nothing cuter in this world than a kitten, but adult kitties have plenty to offer those willing to give them a chance. Unlike the youngsters, their purrsonalities are already fully formed, and they’ve finely honed their skills and manners like fine wine.

Here’s a look at one of the cutest and funniest skills many an adult cat has to offer their potential human servants.

Biscuit-Making Purrfessional

If you adopt an adult cat like Masked Makoma, she’ll go straight to work baking for you, day in and day out, free of charge. Now, that’s a sweet side purrk!

Rescuers in Sherwood, Oregon, shared the cutest video of the kitty, who looks a bit like a feline raccoon. One of her “adorable hobbies” is her biscuit-making, using her paws to knead her fluffy cat bed. She’s a professional, folks, with polydactyl paws, giving her extra toes to perfect her biscuits. You just can’t get them lighter or fluffier than this!

Why does she do it? As we’ve shared before, the biscuit-making is comforting for cats. In a shelter, they’re bored and stressed, so they knead their paws to ease anxiety. But watching them gives us some stress relief, too! And cats that make biscuits tend to do it whenever they’re feeling lovey-dovey. We have a feeling this cat would share her biscuits in any setting.

Masked Makoma was too cute and found a home shortly after appearing in the video.

House Panther Who Air Bakes

In October, the same rescuers shared a video of Calamity Jane, a soft-as-silk house panther and expurrt baker. She was only 5 months old but had already finely tuned her biscuit-making skills. Even without a blankie, she made due and became an accomplished air baker.

“House panther extraordinaire, Calamity Jane, would like to go home with you. She’ll bring the biscuit-making paws and goldfish pillow, and you bring the lap,” Cat Adoption Team shared.

Like Masked Makomo, Calamity Jane’s impressive cuteness and baking skills helped her find a loving home.

Order Up for Buckaroo Baker!

Finally, we have the cutest cowboy kitty named Buckaroo, the sweetest grey boy with soft, golden eyes. He combined his biscuit-making prowess with a love for rolling himself into a ball for endless cuddles. Who could resist this kitty’s biscuits and belly rubs?

“Order UP! Buckaroo is an expert biscuit-maker. He works hard all day to prepare the tasty pastries and then somersaults into happiness. This little cowboy cannot resist the scrtiches!”
