We all love cats because of their personalities. The way they loaf, make us earn their trust and act in the strangest ways. But we wouldn’t have it any other way. And even though I’m just coming across this story now, apparently the animal at the heart of the tale, feels the same way about cats. However, she happens to be a Husky and has taken it to a whole new level of cuteness!

Meet the Husky named Tally, a.k.a. Tao Tao, which means “mischievous” in Chinese.
If that’s not a true cat name, I don’t know what is!

But after the first two photos of Tally went viral back in 2014, imgur user 0KoeX, was happy to treat the world to more pics of his sweet and silly Husky. He also provided as much background info on his pup as he could.
I’ve got a lot of two types of comments, so I decided to address them here:
1. No, she’s not completely husky. She’s husky/malamute/little bit of something else. She actually looks and behaves more like a malamute (which are also a bit cat-like), but most people don’t know what they are so I go with “husky”.

Apparently, her early years were spent with another family who had numerous felines in the home.
2. There are no cat pictures in this album. Sorry. She was raised with cats by her previous owners, and they only gave me puppy pictures without the cats. I can’t prove she was raised with them or that she truly thinks she’s a cat, so this will just have to be one more cat-less post on /r/aww.

This is her sofa. She claimed it by shedding on it and by sneakily sleeping on it every night (she wasn’t allowed to) until we let her have it.
Not only did they happily share her outlandish and catty traits, have you ever seen a cuter Husky puppy?!
We adopted her at 2 years old, so these were all taken by her previous owners (the cat owners).
Do you have any animals that think they are cats? Or cats that think they’re dogs?
After we got her spayed, she’d be moody and snuggled with a bunch of stuffed toys for a week.
Cat fact of the day- You might think that she’d like you to pet her belly. You would be wrong. She’ll stare at you and sigh a lot until you stop.
She also likes to ignore other dogs. She hasn’t seen a cat since we adopted her. I think she misses her kind.
