It was easy to see why rescuers fell for Pebbles and Bamm Bamm, two three-week-old fluffballs. They’re downright adorable, two peas in a pod that clung to each other in a California shelter.

“The floof on these two babies is out of control,” said their rescuer. “They’re such adorable little puffins. I can’t take it. 🥰🥹 They’re going to grow to be such beautiful, long-haired kitties,” Jamie said.

Pebbles Watched Over Bamm Bamm

Little Bamm Bamm had unique challenges: cloudy eyes that meant he might become fully blind. But he had a little helper, his sister Pebbles, who always stayed by his side. Like some other kittens we’ve seen, she instinctively kept an eye on her little bro.

Of course, The Baby Kitten Rescue fell in love with the tiny duo right away. Foster mom Jamie noticed that Pebbles was being a very good girl to help which is so heartwarming!

“Bamm Bamm and Pebbles are definitely bonded. So much so that when one of them isn’t in the playpen with the other, they SCREAM endlessly. The moment they’re back together, all is well, and they’re inseparable. They are always side by side or huddled together. It’s actually the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. 🥹🥰🫶”

“Little Pebbles is such an outgoing, spunky little girl, and I have already noticed her keeping a close eye (no pun intended) on her bro bro, Bamm Bamm. She acts like a caretaker and is always cuddling up against him and following him around. I can tell these two will be bonded for life,” shared the Baby Kitten Rescue.

The Flintstones Babies

Thankfully, the Flintstones babies had good appetites, sadly also the usual tummy troubles for kittens found in shelters. But they were tiny for their age, fitting the palm of a hand, and needed lots of catch-up to gain a healthy weight.

“I do not deserve this level of cuteness in my presence, 🥹😭🥰” Jamie wrote.

Pebbles is just too cute

Despite having cloudy eyes, Bamm Bamm noticed the light, and everyone hoped for the best as he awaited a visit with an ophthalmologist. And regardless, he didn’t know he was any different.

“…Bamm Bamm is a happy baby. He doesn’t know he’s different, and we shouldn’t treat him as such. Special needs are not anything to feel bad about. We should not pity them. They are perfect, beautiful and unique. All they want, like any other living being is love,” said Jamie.

A New Ameowzing Serum Eye Treatment

On Instagram, the kitten seemed like an old soul and captivated everyone with a certain meowstique.

“Grandpa Bamm Bamm with an oracle 🔮in his eyes.🤩”

After his trip to the specialist, he started a new treatment, a special serum that had almost miraculous results, advocated by the rescuer’s director, Caroline.

Incredibly, after 24 hours, the kitten’s eyes already looked better! Antibodies, electrolytes, and proteins in the serum made from healthy cat donor blood were helping quickly reverse damage from the kitten’s eye ulcers.

While his eyes visibly improved, the duo continued being powerfully cute. As you can see, it was relentless and full-strength cuteness that can’t be quantified by science.

The Gift of Sight and a New Happy Life Together – Miraculous!

Incredibly, Bamm Bamm’s eyes continued to improve with 14 days of serum treatment. He went from being “mostly blind” to seeing the world around him without difficulty. Although his eyes remained cloudy in appearance, the specialist found he had “excellent” eyesight and didn’t need further serum treatments.

Unfortunately, the cloudiness was congenital and permanent. However, the great news was the viral infection that caused the ulcers cleared up and left minimal scarring. Possibly, getting started quickly with the serum made a big difference in the stunning outcome.

Not long afterward, it was even happier news when this dynamic duo soon found a home together and will be together furever!

“The happiest news!!!🥳🥰 Thank you for everything you did for them!!! You gave Bamm Bamm back the gift of SIGHT, which is nothing short of miraculous😭🥹🙏😻,” said Baby Kitten Rescue.
